About the position

As CEO, you will lead an organization of approximately 25 employees. You will report to the board and drive the company's management team. Here, you are in the midst of operations where the role requires presence, curiosity, and courage.

This is a mission for you who want to:

·       Lead and further develop the company in a business, organizational, and cultural sense

·       Drive corporate strategy and business development in line with future energy needs

·       Lead and develop the management team and create conditions for employees to grow

·       Ensure stable finances and sustainable long-term development

·       Be a present, clear, and coaching leader

·       Represent the company in dialogue with the board, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
·       Conduct environmental monitoring

Profile

We are looking for someone with documented leadership experience who possesses a coaching and modern leadership style that contributes to engagement and openness in the organization. You have good financial competence with experience in financial management and budgeting, as well as a good business sense. You are used to working in an innovative environment and prefer to engage in change and development work rather than just managing. Previous industry experience is considered a merit.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is:

·       Business-minded and strategic – but not afraid to roll up their sleeves

·       Passionate about leadership, culture, and employee development

·       Able to switch between detail and the big picture

·       A “chameleon” – who can switch between discussing practical solutions in daily operations to having strategic conversations with the board, business leaders, or municipal representatives.

·       Has sufficient technical understanding to make wise decisions but prioritizes business and people first
